ABOUT THE GYM

Originally located in Philadelphia, Joe Hand Boxing Gym has been a non-profit in existence since 1996. We are a brand new 6,000 sq. ft. open gym with all new equipment, including a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, free weights, Nautilus equipment, elliptical machines, treadmills & bikes.
