Our trainers will work with professional boxers and students wishing to be professional boxers in all areas of boxing including strength, nutrition, endurance and overall boxing skills.

Training in White Collar Boxing classes provides everyone with more than just self-defense and fitness, as fighters often discover inner strength, witnessing glimpses of their true character in the gym.

This class will help the student reach a state of positive health and well-being. The class will promote overall physical fitness, proper nutrition with moderate to vigorous physical training.

Our kid’s classes teach the fundamentals of boxing with hard work and discipline mixed with a touch of fun! All while building overall strength and positive self-confidence.

This class is for more experienced and advanced participants. Those in this class have interest in competing and learning boxing at a high level

Our Adult Class is a high energy, fun, boxing group session that will increase your overall fitness, strength, and endurance.

Our goal is to help improve the quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s disease. We provide support, individualized exercise programs, and education to encourage proactivity and a positive shift in perspective toward the future.  (A one-on-one assessment is required to join this program.)

This class is to give adults and children with disabilities the chance to get a great workout in a comfortable environment.
