We offer personal training in fitness and boxing. Come by the gym or give us a call to schedule a training session or inquire about our rates for coaches and trainers.
This class will help the student reach a state of positive health and well-being. The class will promote overall physical fitness, proper nutrition with moderate to vigorous physical training.
